Learn why habits are the key to goal achievement. You’ll develop your own plan to ensure that you introduce habits that you can build on to achieve your goals.

2:30pm Mat Pilates
Get your body moving with an energising Mat Pilates class.

3:15pm Afternoon tea
Refuel your body and build connections.
​
3:45pm Stretch and meditation
Finish the afternoon with a stretch and meditation class to unwind and allow yourself to fully relax for a restful and restorative end to the retreat.

I spent over two decades chasing dreams in the corporate world, helping others grow and develop. But life had other plans and I learnt that there is much more to life than the constant hustle.

This wake up call led me to create Pause, where I can help those who also believe there is more to life than our daily responsibilities to find their way forward.

I have designed this micro retreat to combine practices for the mind, body and soul to allow you to find space for yourself, redefine success on your own terms, and take control of your life.

I'm a Melbourne based Pilates and yoga teacher. My teaching style surrounds strengthening mind-body connection, building trust in one self and moving in a way that feels fluid yet strong.

My classes focus on breath connection and body awareness. Translating complex movement in a digestible way is my priority. My mission is to create a safe space where you feel empowered to move in a way that simply feels good.
