What a typical immersive retreat looks like

Our Immersive Retreats offer a rare opportunity to intentionally prioritise yourself in self-care and personal growth. The schedule below is an example of what a multi-day immersive retreat might look like.

Day One

8.30am          Arrival and registration

9.30am          Welcome and introduction

10.00am        Start where you are

Get clear on your values, reflect on your current situation and set realistic goals that will drive you forward.

12.00pm        Mat Pilates

Get your body moving with an energising Mat Pilates class.

1.00pm          Lunch

A selection of options will be available to refuel your body.

2.30pm         Achieving goals through habits

Learn why habits are the key to goal achievement. You’ll develop your own plan to ensure that you introduce habits that you can build on to achieve your goals.

4.00pm         Functional Pilates

A full body workout focused on building strength.

5.00pm         Free time

Take a break, walk through the beautiful surrounds, chat with others, reflect on your own – the choice is yours.

6.30pm         Dinner

Enjoy a 3 course meal in the dining room.

9.00pm         Stretch and meditation

Finish the day with a stretch and meditation class to unwind and allow yourself to fully relax for a restful and restorative sleep.

Day Two

7.00am         HIIT Pilates

Start the day with a bang in a high intensity mat Pilates class. Low impact options available.

8.30am         Buffet breakfast

9.30am         Nourishing the mind and body

Led by a clinical psychologist, learn about the connection between nutrition and physical and psychological wellbeing, including the impact of food on cognitive function, mental health, mood and emotional regulation.

11.00am        Free time

Take a break, walk through the beautiful surrounds, chat with others, reflect on your own – the choice is yours.

1.00pm         Lunch

A selection of options will be available to refuel your body.

2.30pm         Resilience and wellbeing

Life is not without challenges. We’ll teach you resilience building techniques to help you bounce back from adversity.

4.00pm         Vinyasa yoga

Flow through yoga postures and connect your breath and movement in an energising Vinyasa class.

5.00pm         Free time

Take a break, walk through the beautiful surrounds, chat with others, reflect on your own – the choice is yours.

6.30pm         Dinner

Enjoy a 3 course meal in the dining room.

9.00pm         Stretch and meditation

Finish the day with a stretch and meditation class to unwind and fully relax for a restful and restorative sleep.

Day Three

7.00am         Mindfulness walk

Be guided on a walk through the natural beauty of Lancemore Macedon Ranges and experience mindfulness while moving.

7.30am         Sunrise yoga

Watch the sunrise from the horizon of the Macedon Ranges as you flow through a beautiful morning yoga practice.

9.00am         Breakfast

Enjoy a final meal together before we say goodbye and head off.

10.00am        Reflection and wrap up

Sit around the fire pit and reflect on what you’ve achieved.

11.00am        Check out and depart
