Her approach emphasises practical habit-building strategies that will help you reclaim your attention and boost productivity.

Sophie is a passionate Pilates instructor and massage therapist who will lead you through a slow flow Pilates session focused on controlled movement, breathwork, and mind-body connection.
With her love for Pilates and belief in the spiritual link between mind and body, Sophie will ensure the session is fun and energising.

Connected Minds Psychology
Stephanie, Clinical Psychologist and co-founder of Connected Minds, will co-lead the workshop alongside Julie. In this hands-on session, Stephanie will give you psychological insights on how to sharpen your focus and stay grounded.
