Understand the science behind why you’re struggling to rest. Learn practical strategies from a Clinical Psychologist to calm your mind, relax your body, and develop a consistent sleep routine.

3:00pm         Yin yoga

Unwind with a gentle yoga session designed to relax your body and calm your mind. Through deep, meditative stretches, you’ll release tension and learn how movement can help create the perfect foundation for a restful night’s sleep.

3:45pm          Afternoon tea

Refuel your body and build connections.

4:00pm         Mindfulness

Close the afternoon with a soothing guided mindfulness session to help you to centre your thoughts, release mental clutter, and embrace a state of deep relaxation.

4:45pm         Wrap up and finish

Julie, coach, facilitator, and founder of Pause Collective, will co-facilitate the workshop alongside Stephanie. With experience is leadership development and personal growth, Julie will help you uncover your true purpose and align your life with your core values.

Her practical approach focuses on actionable strategies for self-reflection and meaningful discussions, empowering you to live with intention and fulfillment and discovering what truly matters to you.

Inner Studio | Saint Haven

Michelle is a yoga, breathwork, and meditation teacher, as well as a provisional psychologist passionate about performance and wellbeing. A big believer in breathwork as medicine, she helps people explore mind-body practices to improve their relationship with stress and improve overall vitality.

Having experienced the healing power of these modalities firsthand, Michelle aims to inspire you to find your own path to freedom and healing through a light-hearted, curious and compassionate approach.

Her approach combines psychological principles with practical exercises, guiding deep self-reflection and meaningful conversations that will empower you to live with intention and clarity.

Good Vibes Yoga

Sacha is a yoga, meditation, sound and movement facilitator. With over a decade in the industry, her teachings have blossomed through personal self enquiry and an insatiable appetite for exploration into the human experience. ​Each practice is carefully considered, with delicate balance of steadiness and softness. Using the body and breath as a catalyst to cultivate awareness. 
 

She aims to create an inclusive experience for all practitioners and each practice is woven with insightful wisdom from traditional teachings, supported by modern science.
